In the past few decades, significant social changes have occurred. People have begun to question traditional life frameworks. The continuously declining birth rates worldwide do not only reflect economic concerns, but also a conscious decision to reject traditional family structures. Many have decided not to marry, have children, or pursue a lifestyle independent of long-held social standards. This escape from traditional norms may be a sign of liberation in one form.
